地球で暮らしながらまるで異星人であるかのように、自分たちを取り巻く世界を観察する感覚。伊藤郁女と森山未來の感じるこの違和感は、三島由紀夫のSF作品『美しい星』にも描かれています。それを足がかりとして創作されたこの作品では、親密に溶け合うような関係が、異物同士の冷たい関係へと豹変していきます。二人が取る距離を通して、人間の営みをユーモラスに笑いとばします。
